Refund/Cancellation Policy

Thank you for registering for the Short Hair Summit. Please review the following refund and cancellation policy carefully:

1. Cancellations Made By Attendees

  • ​Cancellations received on or before 60 days before event will be eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee of 15% of the total.

  • Cancellations made 30 days before event will be eligible for a partial refund of 50%.

  • Cancellations made after 30 days are non-refundable.

2. Transfers

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to Shesochicsalon@gmail.com or contact 225-382-7331 by 15 days prior to summit.

3. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

  • if the summit is canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, all attendees will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.

  • Please note that the event organizers are not responsible for any travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred.

4. No- Show Policy

  • Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.

5. Special Circumstances

  • Refunds for extenuating circumstances (death, medical emergencies with proof) may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted in writing to shesochicsalon@gmail.com  and include supporting documentation.
